HODASSA is led by Fábio Teixeira. For questions about your information, contact [email protected].

Information you provide

The form asks for your name, email address, optional organisation, service choice and project message. We use these details to respond, assess your requirements and discuss a potential project. This includes taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Please do not send sensitive information or confidential files through the form.

Services involved

Cloudflare hosts this website. FormSubmit processes form submissions and sends them to our email inbox. These providers may process technical information for service delivery and security. Your information is not used by this website for advertising.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry correspondence is kept while needed to respond to your request and manage any resulting work, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to further contact. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies, analytics and demonstrations

We have not added advertising cookies or analytics scripts. Hosting and form providers may use technical safeguards. Website concept forms are local demonstrations: they do not send messages, store entries or request personal details. Downloadable Excel examples contain fictional data.
